My career has taken me through engineering, small business ownership, and strategy work, but at the core, I have always been drawn to building and running businesses.

I started my career as an engineer, then stepped into a hands-on operating role running my family’s drug testing and compliance business. Leading that company gave me firsthand experience with the realities of small business ownership, from managing people and customers to navigating growth, setbacks, and tough decisions.

After earning my MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, I joined Bain & Company, where I advised companies across industries and supported private equity firms with commercial diligence. That experience sharpened how I think about strategy, execution, and value creation, but it also reinforced that my real passion is working inside a business, not just advising from the outside.

I am looking to partner with an owner who has built something meaningful and wants a thoughtful transition. I care deeply about employees, customers, and the legacy of the business, and I approach ownership with a hands-on, long-term mindset.

Outside of work, I enjoy being in the outdoors, skiing, golfing, hiking, fly fishing, and any other excuse to get some fresh air.
