Meet our founder, Kamran Coulter

Kamran’s career has spanned engineering, small business leadership, and strategic advisory—all of which shaped the vision behind Bodark Group.

Kamran started his career as an engineer before taking on the challenge of running his family’s drug testing compliance company. Leading that business gave him firsthand insight into the realities of small business ownership and the opportunities that come with it.

After earning his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, he joined Bain & Company, where he advised clients across industries and supported private equity firms with commercial diligence. That experience deepened his understanding of how thoughtful strategy and disciplined execution create lasting value.

Kamran is passionate about working with owners who’ve built strong foundations and giving them the opportunity to step back while ensuring their business continues to thrive. He feels most at home rolling up his sleeves in companies where he can build on a strong foundation and create measurable impact.
